Energizer and Stealth are standard game modes, September 1, 2010
Starting September 1st, the standard game format will be Energizer and Stealth modes.

When you are in the Energizer mode you can recharge your teammates by tagging them. A single tag will completely recharge your teammate and you will receive points for Energizing your team. When you tag opposing players you will take away energy levels just like normal.

In Stealth mode the lights on your vest temporarily turn off until the next time you fire your phasor.

Both modes are randomly assigned to players throughout the game.

Also new this month, we are experimenting with some of the software options in the game. You gain points when you tag opposing players or the other team's base. However, you will loose points each time you get tagged or tag a teammate. Also, deactivated players will still be worth points. Return to top of page ↑

Rapid Fire and Freeze Ray modes are standard game format, December 1, 2009
Starting December 1st, the standard game format will be Rapid Fire and Freeze Ray modes.

In Super Rapid Fire mode your phaser is 3 times faster than normal.

In Freeze Ray mode you can temporarily "freeze" or deactivate your opponent with each tag!

Both modes are randomly assigned to players throughout the game.

At the same time, we are increasing the number of energy levels for every player and decreasing the point value of the bases. These changes should make the laser tag games even more enjoyable.
