Same day reservations
Same day reservations are accepted for any size group. Just call us with the number in your group and what times you would like to play. We just need your name and telephone number to hold you a spot later that day. Same day reservations are released if they are not claimed at least 20 minutes before the SESSION play time.

Large group reservations
Laser Flash has a capacity of 40 players in the same SESSION. Larger groups will be split into multiple SESSIONS. Laser Flash is very popular and can be very busy. It is important that large groups arrive ON TIME and that the size of your reservation is accurate. Please follow these procedures:

• Call in advance to make your reservation.
• Provide a telephone number for a contact that will be with your group.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation.
• Call Laser Flash to adjust your reservation whenever your group size changes.
• Discounts are available to youth groups provided they arrive on time and make a single payment for the entire group.
• Late arrivals will be rescheduled into later SESSION times provided there is space available. Deposits are forfeited if your group cannot be rescheduled.
• Laser tag is suitable for ages 7 and up.

Party reservations
Seating in the Laser Flash party area is very limited. You should make your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance for the best chance to get the time you want. Please follow these procedures:

• Laser tag is suitable for ages 7 and up. We do not do parties for children younger than 7.
• Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. Party times cannot be saved without a deposit.
• It is best to make your reservations for the maximum number of players that may attend including the guest of honor. It is usually impossible to increase the number of players at the last minute.
• Call with your final player count 48-hours before your party.
• Seating is available for the players only. Seating for non-players might not be available.
• Arrive at your scheduled time. Please ask your guests to be punctual in their arrival.
• Guest who arrive late might not be able to play all of the Games of laser tag.

FFA and other out-of-town group reservations

• Late arrivals will be rescheduled into later SESSION times provided there is space available. Deposits are forfeited if your group cannot be rescheduled.
• Laser tag is suitable for ages 7 and up.

Travel times and directions
Below are directions from several locations around the Indianapolis area. Think of Indianapolis and I-465 as a clock face with 12:00 being north. Laser Flash is located about 30 blocks north of I-465 at the 12:00 position. The airport is near I-465 at about the 7:00 position. Google Maps is the only on-line map that correctly shows the new streets that have recently been added in Carmel. None of the on-line mapping websites generate accurate directions that takes into account current road construction in Carmel.

From Indianapolis International Airport - 45 minutes

1. Head NORTH on I-465 for 22.2 miles.
2. Take EXIT 33 to KEYSTONE AVENUE / IN 431.
3. Turn LEFT onto KEYSTONE AVENUE / IN 431 and travel NORTH 3.5 miles.
4. Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto 126^th STREET.
5. Head WEST on 126^th STREET for 0.9 miles. 126^th STREET becomes CITY CENTER DRIVE when it crosses Rangeline Road.
6. At the 2^nd traffic light turn RIGHT onto THIRD AVENUE SW and Laser Flash is the first entrance on the RIGHT.

From Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome - 40 minutes

1. Start out going SOUTH on CAPITOL AVENUE towards GEORGIA STREET.
2. Turn RIGHT onto SOUTH STREET.
3. Turn RIGHT onto WEST STREET / MISSOURI STREET. Continue to follow WEST STREET. WEST STREET becomes DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. STREET.
4. Merge onto I-65 heading NORTH for 1.4 miles.
5. Take EXIT 116 to 29^th STREET.
6. Turn RIGHT onto 29^th STREET for ½ mile.
7. Turn LEFT onto MERIDIAN STREET / US 31. Follow US 31 NORTH for 11.3 miles.
8. Turn RIGHT onto CARMEL DRIVE.
9. Head EAST on CARMEL DRIVE for 1 mile. At the 3^rd traffic light turn LEFT onto CITY CENTER DRIVE.
10. At the 2^nd traffic light turn LEFT onto THIRD AVENUE SW and Laser Flash is the first entrance on the RIGHT.
